◌ Concept project: a design and architecture exercise by the pStack team, not client work. Interface figures are illustrative.

The problem
AI features often ship as a text box and a spinner: slow to respond, unpredictable in what they return and expensive to run. Users lose trust after the first odd answer, and the team has no way to know whether a prompt change made things better or worse.
The system
Responses stream as they are generated. Prompts return structured output that is validated against a schema, so a bad answer is caught by code instead of by a user. Repeated requests are cached, each account has a usage budget, and a fixed evaluation set is re-run on every prompt change so quality is measured, not guessed.
What success looks like
The first words appear in under a second, malformed output never reaches the screen, and the cost of each request is visible and capped. We'd track time to first token, validation failure rate and cost per active user.
