Analytics Dashboard
One dashboard that replaces a stack of spreadsheets, with every metric defined once and every chart fast.
Concept project: a design and architecture exercise by the pStack team, not client work. Interface figures are illustrative.
The system
Metrics are defined once in a shared layer and reused everywhere. Pre-aggregated tables keep charts fast, and role-based views show each person what they need. Filters can be saved and shared as links, so a question asked in chat becomes a link, not a screenshot.
What success looks like
One definition per metric, charts that load in a blink, and a dashboard people open before the weekly meeting. We'd track chart load time, weekly active viewers and the number of reports retired.
