Booking & Scheduling App
Appointments, reminders and video visits for a small clinic network, with no double bookings by design.

The system
A mobile app for patients and a web console for staff share one slot engine that understands working hours, buffers and time zones, so a double booking can't be created. Reminders go out by SMS and push. Video visits run over WebRTC. Access is role-based, with an audit trail for sensitive records.
What success looks like
Fewer no-shows from reminders, no double bookings by construction, and staff who see the whole day at a glance. We'd track no-show rate, bookings made outside office hours and time spent on scheduling calls.
